As experts in intercultural communication, we have a thorough knowledge of the conventions used in the source and target language in certain types of text. To become experts in the culture of an individual business, we collaborate with the client to find out about the correct terminology and ways of working (appearance of the text, official vs. promotional style, etc.).

It is important that we know where and how the translation will be used, whether it is for publication or for information only, and who the target audience is. Specific terminology, advertising slogans and demanding requirements for the appearance of the text can be time-consuming to resolve, and the time allowed for translation has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of the text. Quality is proportional to price: premium results cannot be achieved under unreasonable time or budget constraints.

Our first priority is to be aware of what the client hopes to achieve with the text. We provide different service packages to serve different needs.
